Need help setting gap on Monster Mill
I have a 3 three roller monster mill. I have it mounted and motorized, but I can't figure out a good way to set the gap. I know the top rollers are fixed. ... i went all wing nuts and finger screw heads on my mm3-2, and have a 1/2 hp motor from ebay that ran $20. The gap size was set and it's working well for us.

It's the rollers. I'm just going to futz around with it until I have enough saved up for a 3 roller Monster Mill. End goal is to move to an all in one system and use a brew bag so thinking the 3 roller setup will help due to a double crush. Also want something that's going to last more than 20 5 gallon brew days lol

The belt is set exactly to specification. 37" belt / 16 2/16" inches center to center from each shaft. I had to temporarily loosen the motor mount bolts a bit to get the belt on the sheaves.

I just purchased a Monster Mill MM3-2.0. I was wondering what people with them set the gap on it at and how often do they have to reset the gap. We set ours to .04 when we first got it.
